Christmas Minis at The Saskatoon Farm – A Little Behind-the-Scenes Magic

Yesterday, I had the incredible chance to test out my new indoor Christmas minis backdrop that my husband and I built together, and it was such a success.

I had the honour of photographing this beautiful family that I’ve been lucky to watch and capture over the years — it was the perfect way to bring this new setup to life. The backdrop turned out warm and cozy, full of festive charm and beautiful natural light. There are plenty of props and creative spots, so every session can tell its own little Christmas story.

The good news: 60% of the sessions are already booked!
But there’s still time to grab your spot — November 15 and 16 have limited openings left, and I’ve just added a new date, November 22.

Christmas Minis 2025

Terms & Information

Dates: Saturday, November 15, Sunday, November 16 and Saturday November 22

Booking & Deposit

A $100 deposit is required to secure your Christmas Mini Session.
The remaining balance of $150 + GST is due on the day of your session.

Session Details

Duration: 15 minutes
Photos: 10 digital images of your choice from a personalized online gallery. Full gallery available for $75.
Location: The Saskatoon Farm (indoor greenhouse, slightly heated; outdoor option weather permitting)
Delivery: Up to 3 weeks
Editing: All images are professionally edited in the photographer’s style. Images cannot be alternated or changed by the client.
I will do my very best to capture as many beautiful moments as possible during the 15-minute session. However, I cannot guarantee specific images if some guests or children are uncooperative or arrive late.

Family & Additional Guests

Sessions are designed for immediate family members.
Additional guests are $25 per person.
Please notify me in advance if you plan to bring extra family members so I can prepare accordingly.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions are non-refundable due to limited availability.
Rescheduling is allowed only in emergencies or extreme weather, but cannot be guaranteed.
Spots can be transferred to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend.

Weather & Safety

Outdoor photos are weather-dependent and will be added only if we have enough time during our session; in the event of extreme weather, an indoor option will be used.
All sessions follow current health and safety guidelines.
